Do you want a committed relationship with someone but it just doesn’t seem to be working out? Well, this is a post about that. This is a post about manifesting commitment from your partner.

What is commitment? To some, it means marriage. To some, it’s a long-term relationship. To some, it’s as simple as loyalty. The definitions can vary from person to person but you get to choose your own definition. That’s the fun part of it: you get to choose whatever you want! However, for the sake of this post I will consider commitment means marriage. It’s that end result that we often see with people desiring commitment.

You may have been through relationships that haven’t ended that good. You may have even given up on your previous SP and decided to start a new relationship but the same issue keeps coming up: they are not ready to commit. However, you have to take a look at it from another perspective. What is the common denominator in this case? You are. I am not saying this to shame you or to make you feel bad about yourself in any way. I am saying this so you become aware of it and eliminate whatever it is that is stopping you from believing that you can have that committed relationship that you desire.

When you have a desire, it comes from God. How could it be from anyone else when you are God? You are the God of your own reality. This is the first thing that you need to accept. I just had something funny happen to me this morning that reminded me of how powerful I am… I uploaded a picture on my Instagram last night and when I woke up this morning and opened Instagram, I thought to myself, “I look so much older on this picture. It’s ugly, I don’t like it.” I knew exactly what I was doing. I knew I would get feedback somehow. After all, if I say I am ugly, how could the world see me as beautiful? It doesn’t work that way! I went back to sleep and when I woke up an hour later, I received a message from a friend of mine, “You’re so ugly!” I can’t take him seriously, ever, because he always does this whenever I upload a selfie. I created him this way – he is always doing his best to provoke me. We like to provoke each other in a playful way, so I’m fine with it. Even if I had no idea about how things are created, I shouldn’t have reacted because, as I said, he always does this. I reminded myself he is just playing a role. How can I blame him for anything? I literally thought the same thing an hour ago! And even if he wasn’t serious, he was still playing a role. Some twenty minutes later he messaged me again and said, “You look older on this picture.” What the…! He literally repeated what I was thinking just an hour prior to this. All I could do was laugh and think it’s a good thing I didn’t react earlier because it couldn’t be clearer now that he was literally echoing my thoughts.

You see, this is how life works. Your desires are always heard by your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind is the part of you that will devise the means to manifest things into your reality. It’s your servant but you can make friends with it. This is why you need to be careful with your thoughts. You need to become aware of your own thoughts if you want to change your life. What are you telling your subconscious? Are you telling it you are pathetic and desperate and cannot make a man commit to you or are you telling it you’re a catch and anyone would love to be in a committed relationship with you? It is up to you to decide. But now that you know that you are God, how could you think anything less than the best about yourself?

Being aware that you have created everything in your life will also bring you to another conclusion – you were telling yourself a story about your partners not being able to commit to you for one reason or another. You were feeling it real. You were doubting that somebody could be committed to you. This is what created those negative patterns throughout your relationships. This is why you didn’t marry your last SP or the current one – you didn’t change your story.

You tell yourself stories all day long, even if you don’t realize this. So to connect these last two paragraphs, I will put it this way: You get hung up on a specific thought and create a story for it. Your subconscious mind listens and accepts this story as true. It devises the means to bring it to pass and that is how you manifested these negative patterns.

Now that you are aware of this, why not change your story? Why not change your story into a positive one? You created a story simply by thinking a certain way. Now it’s time to think consciously. It’s time to take control over your mind and to deliberately manifest what you want to manifest, instead of letting yourself run on auto-pilot for the rest of your life.

Decide now that you will change your story. Decide that you will change the negative patterns that you have created in the past. Decide that you are a catch and that anyone would be happy to be in a committed relationship with you. Decide that this is your new story and tell it to yourself until you accept it as true. You have been doing this your entire life. You have been telling yourself stories your entire life. That guy that walked away from you? You told yourself that story. You can make him come back so easily, if you want to! That person that said you look tired today? You made them play that role by telling yourself a story about not getting enough sleep for days and looking tired. Yet, you could have told yourself a story about always looking great, even when you get 2 hours of sleep!

The only difference between your old story and your new story is the thought you choose to center your story around. Will you continue centering it around the negative thought? Or will you change that habit and start centering it around the positive thought or intention? It is up to you. You decide. You are God.

The reason the person is not committed to you is because you created them that way. You chose to see them that way. You chose to tell yourself a story about there something being wrong with you or them, something being wrong with your relationship, your ex partners not committing to you either meaning your current partner cannot commit, your partner not being ready to marry anyone…. WHATEVER! It doesn’t matter what the story you were telling yourself was. Become aware of it by watching your thoughts. This is how you will find out what story you had been telling yourself and once you catch yourself doing this, change it. Change it into positive things. Stop telling yourself your partner is not ready to commit and start telling yourself your partner is happy to commit to you! Remember when you thought otherwise? That was silly, wasn’t it?

The only one that can stop you is yourself and not being persistent enough. Trust me, with enough persistence, you can turn this world upside down and make it a new normal. And I don’t mean walking on your head, I mean you change the story so much you don’t even recognize the old story anymore: they don’t want to marry me, they are not ready… NO, I am so happy we finally got married, I am so happy I got over my limiting beliefs.

Thinking you have a limiting beliefs is a limiting belief in itself. There is nothing that can stop you from getting what you want unless you allow it. What I mean by that is that if you are thinking, “Oh, it’s this thought that it’s stopping my manifestation from happening” you are literally creating that thought to be your block and to stop your manifestation from happening. And yet, you can change that thought around so easily with mental diet. You can eliminate it from your mind completely. Why not do that, instead of dwelling on it and finding new thoughts that seemingly seem to be in your way? Change old negative patterns with new positive thoughts and habits.

You can have whatever you want and you can be whoever you want to be. You want a committed relationship? Well, claim it as yours. Claim it in your consciousness so that your subconscious mind hears it as well and brings it about. Surrender yourself to faith. Surrender yourself to knowing that you are God.

“Then I saw “a new heaven and a new earth,” for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea.”
